German Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter (melted in your pan)
  • 1 cup Ballerina Farm high protein farm flour
  • Dash of Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Put butter into 9x13 dish (or in a 10 inch cast iron skillet) and place it in oven to preheat at 425°
  2. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour mixture into heated pan with the melted butter
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  5. We like to serve with fresh berries, pure maple syrup & whipped cream!
