Power Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2/3 cup Ballerina Farm raw honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop of Ballerina Farm farmer protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of Ballerina Farm coarse grey french salt

*Makes 32 balls

Directions

  1. In a KitchenAid mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Using the paddle attachment, mix until thoroughly blended.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and continue mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Form the dough into 2 inch balls.
  4. Arrange them on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
